Dr. Jada-Ann Riggins is a cybersecurity architect, researcher, fellow and educator specializing in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), cloud security and automation-enabled security. She brings 10+ years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance programs across federal, public-sector, and commercial environments. She is the author of Automation-Enabled Compliance and Governance and Governing Cloud and AI, and the originator of the Riggins–CGCIM and Riggins–Stan. ICDA frameworks, which provide practical, automation-driven approaches to scaling compliance, risk management, and resilience in regulated systems. Dr Riggins holds a Master of Computer Engineering in Cloud Computing Architecture and a PhD in Cybersecurity Leadership.
